Matt has helped me grow my game from a mental point of view as well as helping me to develop new skills. One of the qualities I loved about working with him was his ability to not over communicate information and keep things as simple as possible. Matts work ethic and commitment to helping me grow my game was second to none and I feel he is one of the few coaches around that genuinely cared about me growing as a player. The sessions we did were intense but enjoyable with emphasis on the short ball as well as ironing out some technical issues. He has a natural eye to spot small technical issues whilst not overloading me as a batsman with information. I also really enjoyed matts outlook towards the game and having conversations around the mental side of the game and how to get the best out of yourself mentally as I believe cricket is 80% a mental game. I look forwards to working with Matt in the coming years.

Matt has been coaching Anish for over few years now, he has been very instrumental in his development. Matt is very structured and focused on technical area, as well game sense, I have seen huge improvement in Anish’s batting over last couple of years. I would highly recommend Matt.

Matt is one of the best coaches I have ever trained with because of his in-depth knowledge about the game. He has equipped me with both technical and mind skills, which has helped me immensely in match-play situations. Furthermore, he encourages me to think and correct my own errors; as well as provides competent solution when needed.

After 5 sessions with Matt at the beginning of the 2022 cricket season, I saw my batting form dramatically improve. Not only did the coaching lead to a more confident technique, I also learnt to take on new shot selections which I would not have originally been comfortable to play.
